Shipping policy

We at Ourdentity aims to get your order posted the next working day after you have placed your order.

Your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail and a tracking number will be sent as soon as your items are posted.

Any products sent by Ourdentity will require a signature on receipt at the delivery address provided.
